India Shipping

• Shipping is chargeable across Pan India, based on destination and order size.

• Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Dispatch details will be shared once the order is shipped.

Export Shipping

• All export orders are supplied on FOB (Free On Board) Delhi – India basis only.

• Freight: Collect.

• All freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and destination charges shall be borne by the buyer.

• Shipment mode shall be arranged by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

GST & Taxation (India)

• All prices are exclusive of GST, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• GST shall be charged as applicable under Indian GST laws, based on product classification and invoice value.

• Buyers are responsible for providing correct GSTIN and billing details at the time of order.

• Any tax discrepancy arising due to incorrect buyer information shall be the buyer’s responsibility.
