Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
Product is used or damaged by customer
Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery
Product is returned without original packaging (if applicable)
Damage caused due to improper handling or misuse
Refund & Replacement
After verification, we will provide replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Replacement will be dispatched within 2–5 working days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
